The most recent agreement or term sheet between the University and the Big Ten Conference, which memorializes the University’s upcoming membership in the Big Ten Conference. 2. Any agreement or term sheet between the University and the Pac-12 Conference which addresses the University’s departure from the Pac-12 Conference.
