My request has two parts.

First: I respectfully request your institution’s signed contracts (or agreements, or similar legal documents) with an NIL third-party provider or multiple NIL providers (also known as platform, service, etc.).

Second: I respectfully request information in your possession about how your institution’s NIL provider assesses fees and other charges (a) to your institution, (b) to sponsors, purchasers, and similar users of student athlete endorsements, social media posts, etc., and (c) to student athletes.
