This is a formal request for public records regarding the contract between the University of Oregon and the Men’s Baseball Head Coach.

Specifically, I am requesting a copy of the current contract between the head coach and the university, including but not limited to, a copy of the entire contract, a copy of any contract regarding additional performance bonuses, a copy of any contracts between the coach and third parties facilitated by the university through one of the university’s sponsors, and any and all additional written agreements between the university and the head coach.
