James Moore & Co. P.L. would like to submit a public records/FOIA request to obtain a copy of the university’s contract with their current CPA to perform NCAA Agreed-Upon Procedures services for the athletic department. The contract for this engagement could be included in the university’s audit services contract with their current CPA firm.
