This is a public records request for a pdf copy of any legal services contract, agreement or similar between UO and the Miller Nash law firm, and other firms or individuals for advice and services related to bargaining / negotiating with the United Academics faculty union. If there is not yet a signed contract, I ask for a copy of any single document or email explaining terms and responsibilities.  This request is for contracts etc. covering work done from 9/1/2020 to the present, or contracted for the future.
