I am writing to make a public records request under Oregon state law.   Specifically, I am requesting a copy of the licensing agreement between Umpqua Dairy Products and the University of Oregon.   

The licensing agreement with Umpqua Dairy Products listed on the University of Oregon website says it expired in June, but I'm assuming that there is a new one in place?   If there isn't, would you confirm that and please send me a copy of the expired one?
