Under​ Oregon's Public Records Law (ORS 192.410 – 192.505​​), I am requesting an electronic copy of the technical and pricing proposal submitted to the University by Callan Associates. In addition, I would also like an electronic copy of Callan’s finalist presentation made to the investment committee and the executed contract for consulting services.
