For his study, we would like to request any and all documents that constitute the entire employment agreement for President Michael L. Shill, including (but not limited to) a formal contract, an appointment letter, a notice of appointment, a memorandum of understanding or any other form of mutually agreed to terms and conditions governing the University President's compensation and terms of employment (i.e. the details of salary, terms of service and "perks"). 

In addition, we are requesting any and all documents that in any way amend, modify, extend, interpret and/or modify the original agreement.  

Finally, we are requesting copies of any resolutions passed by the institution’s governing board that are related to the conditions of employment of the President.
