I am requesting an electronic copy of the contract for security at U of O with CMS/Starplex. This is for events security for athletics and the Matthew Knight Arena. It could be listed under Crowd Management Services rather than CMS. Please let me know if there is a cost. I hope to expedite this request due to a time element to submit our proposal.
