Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Act (Or. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 192.311 et seq.), the Center for Sciencein the Public Interest (CSPI) requests copies of any contracts, signed and/or active as of December 23,2019, between University of Oregon and The Coca-Cola Company, PepsiCo, Dr Pepper Snapple Group,Red Bull, Polar Beverages, and/or any other company offering rights to sell, market, promote, and/oradvertise beverages on the University of Oregon campus.CSPI also requests copies of any Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by University of Oregon, and anyresponses to this RFP, regarding “pouring rights” or rights to sell, market, and/or advertise beverages oncampus or in university-owned facilities.
