This is a public records request for a copy of UO's completed IRS form 14018. I believe that UO filed this form in October 2008, in response to the

Colleges and Universities Compliance Project initiated by the Exempt Organizations (EO) function of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Tax Exempt and Government Entities Division (TE/GE).
