3) Copies of all communications (including e-mail, memoranda and letters), from July 1, 2011 to present, betweenseven specific Nike employees, and the University of Oregon Senior Assistant Athletic Director or whoever holds an equivalent position.

4) Copies of all emails sent or received by all email addresses for Former University President Gottfredson, from July 1, 2011 to present, that contain the terms “Nike,” “Sponsorship Agreement,” “Exclusive Agreement,”  “Code of Conduct,” and/or “Sweatshop.”
