I am making a formal request under the Freedom of Information Act 5 U.S.C. 552. And Oregon 
public records law (ORS 192.314 ). I am requesting copies of the certified payrolls for Harvey &
Price Mechanical Contractors Fire Protection Division from Eugene, on the Hayward Field
Project. I am requesting all certified payrolls submitted by Harvey & Price Fire Protection from
the start of the project to the present, whether they are in your possession, with the architect, or
with other agencies. I am also requesting the project wage determination.
