I request access to and copies of the CM/GC Contract with Hoffman Construction Company (also called "Construction Contract") dated February 2010. I also request access to and copies of the "Owner/Architect Contract" with ZGF Architects from on or around June 5, 2009. At the time of signing these contracts referred to a residential construction project called the "East Campus Residence Hall," later called the Global Scholars Hall.
