Any contract between the University of Oregon — and/or any unit thereof — for services or consulting in matters of branding, messaging, digital media, strategic media, communications, strategic communications, public relations, marketing, social media, web communications or advertising that Deans or anyone in University Advancement or the old University Relations or University Development entered or the president's office and the Executive Leadership Team entered into from. Any contract between the University of Oregon and the following named firms or related persons: 160 over 90 (160/90, One Sixty Over Ninety, Inc.), Lane PR, Gallatin Public Affairs, FleishmanHillard, Brand Sense Partners, Discovery Collaborative, Songlines Communications, Wieden+Kennedy, Foote, Cone & Belding or FCB, GamePlan, Verb marketing + pr, 5:00 Marketing, Learfield, Nelligan or Edelman from Jan. 1, 2013, to June 4, 2014.4.
