I write to request access to and a copy of any and all agreements or contracts between the organizers of the Fiesta Bowl and the University of Oregon and its athletic department, or any documents, contracts or correspondence that detail the obligations (financial and otherwise) incurred by the University of Oregon's acceptance of a bid to play in the 2013 Fiesta Bowl.
