Pursuant to the Oregon open records law, ORS 192.410 to 192.505, The Register-Guard requests the following:

All records related to the University of Oregon Board of Trustees meeting with TrackTown USA on Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, including but not limited to the following:

* Emails, letters, text messages or other records between the university, the Board of Trustees, any individual board members, and TrackTown USA agents or members, regarding the meeting or the topic/s of the meeting.

* All preparatory records for the meeting, and records created for the meeting or distributed or presented at the meeting, including but not limited to slide presentations or emails.

* All notes, minutes or recordings taken by individual trustees or by staff at the meeting.

* All followup documents, emails, notes, letters or other communication after the meeting.

All records related to the University of Oregon Board of Trustees meeting with Athletics director Rob Mullens on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2014, including but not limited to the following:
* Emails, letters, text messages or other records between the the Board of Trustees, any individual board members, and university staff and Mullens or his representatives regarding the meeting or the topic/s of the meeting.
* All preparatory records for the meeting, and records created for the meeting or distributed or presented at the meeting, including but not limited to slide presentations or emails.
* All notes, minutes or recordings taken by individual trustees or by staff at the meeting, or by Mullens.
* All followup documents, emails, notes, letters or other communication after the meeting.
