I am writing to request the following public record: RE: Public Records Request for the Contract for Event Rentals and A/V Services During the Football Season for the Moshovsky Center and Mallard Park 2010. Specifically, we would like to see the bid/contract awarded for the Moshovsky center event services for the 2010 season AND the bid submission for the Mallard Park 2010 season sent in from Essig Entertainment.
