Pursuant to the state open records act, I request access to and copies of the following documents:•     Copies of the request-for-proposal and competing bids received before the university signed its multi-sport agreement with Nike in 2003.•     Copies of the request-for-proposal and competing bids received before the university extended its all-sport agreement with Nike in 2008 and 2009.•     Copies of any contracts with athletic department suppliers that have expired or not been renewed since 2003, including but not limited to contracts between the university and Easton, DeMarini and Russell.
