Pursuant to the Oregon Open Records Act, I hereby request copies of the following public records:

1. Any and all detailed program level spreadsheets, electronic or hard copy, detailing revenues, expenses and other financial information for the University of Oregon athletic department, for fiscal year 2012 or the most recent year available. 

2. A copy of the most recent NCAA Agreed Upon Procedures Report, including the detailed information of revenues and expenditures by sport.
