On behalf of Navigate Marketing and pursuant to Oregon Open Records Law, ORS 192.410 to 192.505, I would like to kindly request copies of any records related to the following:

1. The media rights contract between the University of Oregon (the
"University") or its athletic department and its media rights partner, IMG College (the "Partner")

2. If a request-for-proposal ("RFP") process was utilized by the University to select its marketing rights Partner, I would also like to request:

a. The University's media rights RFP

b. The Partner’s "winning" proposal

3. Any and all of the University’s athletic apparel contracts with Nike or other apparel providers (collectively, "Apparel Providers") as the case may be.

4. If an RFP process was utilized by the University to select its Apparel Partner(s), I am also interested in:

a. The University's apparel RFP

b. The Apparel Partner’s "winning" proposal.
