Since this request turned out to be pretty unfruitful, I would like to file a new request for any and all communications and documents coming to and from Mr. Kilkenny's office referencing 1410 Orchard Street LLC or DBA Courtside Apartments during the end of his time as Athletic Director (2007-2009).

Since I have eliminated two possible months towards the end of his holding the position, I would like to extend the search farther into the past. Let me know if this is too broad, and if so, I would like to request all documents from September 2009 to March 2010 per the request above.
