Under your state's public records law, I request any and all documents that fit the following category:

* Any correspondence since June 1, 2010 between UO employees and NCAA representatives regarding any former UO student-athletes who have requested a graduate student transfer waiver from the NCAA. This includes all letters, documents, reports, research, records or electronic transmissions.

* Any correspondence since June 1, 2010 with any other university regarding the graduate student transfer waiver request of a former UO student-athlete, or simply the transfer itself. This includes all letters, documents, reports, research, records or electronic transmissions.
