I would like to file a formal public records requests for any and all email coming to and from Pat Kilkenny's email account in communication with Thomas B. Cody, who is the manager of 1410 Orchard Street LLC and DBA Courtside Apartments.

I would also like to request any all and emails and communications coming to and from Kilkenny towards the end of this time as Athletic Director (2007-09) involving 1410 Orchard Street LLC and DBA Courtside Apartments. Let's say during the last three months of his employment during the 2009 year.

I would also like to request any and all documents/emails involving Kilkenny and his brother Russell Kilkenny stemming from the months directly before and after February 2010, which was the date 1410 Orchard Street LLC bought the Courtside Property.
