All records sent by the UO or its representatives to the nation of Gabon, or received from the nation of Gabon or its representatives, regarding the UO's collaboration with the nation of Gabon. This would include but not be limited to any agreements or contracts the UO or its representatives have signed with the nation of Gabon or its representatives.
