Any lease or license agreement that was in effect for any time period over the past three years, between the University of Oregon (including any of its departments or its Board of Regents) and any outside entity (including Phit LLC and Hayward Field Enhancement LLC) for Hayward Field and the surrounding areas. I am seeking the full lease or license agreement, including any addenda, and any related contractual documents2. Any and all records, documents, correspondence regarding the termination of any lease or license agreement that was in effect for any time period over the past three years, between the University of Oregon (including any of its departments or its Board of Regents) and any outside entity (including Phit LLC and Hayward Field Enhancement LLC) for Hayward Field and the surrounding areas.
