I’m writing to request digital copies of the following: A line-item accounting of expenditures ? past, current and projected ? from the $200 million in bonded money for the Matthew Knight Arena project. E.g., ?construction costs, $109 million; architectural design fees, $8 million,? etc. If there is a surplus of funds left over from the $200 million, please indicate that, as well as what the amount is. If you anticipate spending the balance of the $200 million in the coming months or years, please indicate that and, if possible, project what the balance might be spent on. If you cannot account for the full $200 million, please explain why not, and when a full accounting will be available.
