This is a public records request under Oregon's open record laws (ORS 192.001 to 192.990). I am requesting copies of the following records:

1. the guidelines, MOU, contract or similar agreement for 2024 and 2025 to which people who give commencement speeches at the university must adhere, and;
2. the internal guidelines for 2024 and 2025 that the university uses to edit such speeches.
