* A copy of all correspondence between the University of Oregon Athletic Department’s compliance office and any of the following: The Pac-10 Conference The NCAA The UO men’s basketball coaching/administrative staff The UO director of athletics The UO general counsel’s office since January 2010 regarding: Any allegations of improper benefits received by student-athletes in the University of Oregon men’s basketball program and any investigation conducted by the UO compliance office into such allegations. * An accounting of all potential NCAA violations involving the University of Oregon men’s basketball program, major and secondary, either self-reported or alleged by other parties, from January 2008 to present. This information should include a description of the incident, the date or dates it occurred, the job titles of the UO personnel involved, whether the case is still pending or the final disposition of the case at the Pac-10 or NCAA level.
