Per the Oregon Public Records Law, FOX31 Denver requests the following: 1) Purchase orders for the prescription anti-inflammatory Ketorolac Tromethanime or Toradal, both injectable liquid and tablet form. You may limit the scope of this portion of the request to purchases made for or by the athletic departments. You may further limit the request to school years 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15. *If an university financial or accounting database, which tracks details of purchase order information, such as date, quantity, cost, vendor, and shipping information, the FOX31 Denver would consider that electronic duplicate in place of the actual purchase orders. 2) Policy, if any, regarding the use of Toradol/Ketorolac and other painkillers and anti-inflammatory medications before, during, and after sporting events to treat injured athletes by staff or outside medical contractors for the university athletic department.3) Statistical information as to how many times (if any) Toradol Ketorolac has been administered to athletes by medical personnel, hired or reimbursed by the university. Please provide the sport, dates, reason, and type and amount of medication.
