All emails, text messages or other electronic or print records received or generated by Robin Holmes, Michael Gottfredson, Julie Brown, Tim Clevenger or Tobin Klinger from March 9 to May 7 that contain the words "Ben Hall," "Kris Martes," "Officer Hall," or "Sgt. Martes."2. All emails, text messages or other electronic or print records received or generated by UOPD officer Wendy Rouse to Robin Holmes, Michael Gottfredson, Penny Daugherty, Kelly McIver, Rob Mullens or Dana Altman on March 9, March 10, March 11, March 12, March 13, March 14, March 15, April 7, April 8, April 12, April 13, April 14, April 15, April 23, April 24 and April 30.3. All emails generated or received by Randy Geller and Douglas Park to Lane County Chief Deputy District Attorney Patty Perlow from March 9 to May 5 regarding investigation involving (specific) UO basketball players4. All emails, text messages or other electronic or print records received or generated by Craig Pintens to James O'Fallon and/or Lorraine Davis from March 9 to May 16.5. All reports and documents related to UOPD event number 14-03-09-580561, dated March 9 at 18:59. 6. The number of sexual misconduct cases the UO has investigated since 2008. I am also requesting the number of sexual misconduct cases that resulted in punishment and/or expulsion to perpetrators. (As you know, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act allows an institution to disclose the final results of a disciplinary proceeding if the university determines that the student is a perpetrator of a crime of violence or non-forcible sex offense.)7. Any document that shows the average number of days it has taken the UO to complete its Title IX investigations from 2008 to present regarding reports of sexual misconduct.
