Pursuant to Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq., America Rising hereby requests

copies of the following public records: Any and all records, correspondence, and

memos, in any format, that discuss, reference, or are in relation to the

aforementioned speech by Senator Feingold. This includes, but is not limited to,

internal records amongst university staff, any contract for the appearance and all

supporting documents including riders and requests, and records between Russ

Feingold, his representatives, and the university or any of the university’s

associated organizations.

The timeframe of my request is from February 1, 2011 to December 1, 2012.
