Pursuant to the State Open Records Act / Freedom of Information Act>, I request access to and copies of (1) all documents submitted by each participant (winning bidder and excluded bidders) of the PCS# 226000-0018-RFQ for SharePoint Consulting Services  due on 11/1/2013 by the Educational and Community Supports Research Institute  including but not limited to the Response document, the system functionality, the proposed pricing, and the roll-out strategy and (2) the resulting agreement (or agreements) that was entered into with the winning bidder as a result of the aforementioned PCS# 226000-0018-RFQ  including but not limited to the full agreement(s), the pricing, any statements of work and all contract schedules, exhibits and appendices thereto.
