I’m reaching out on behalf of Huron to make a Public Records/FOIA request for PCS# 250000-01037, titled RFQ for Strategic Planning Consultant for UO Libraries. Specifically, Huron requests copies of the proposal documents that Client name received from all vendors and all evaluation documentation (including but not limited to scorecards, evaluator comments and final decision justification) to better understand the nature of the proposal and the Client Name’s needs.
