AMENDED 6/4: Per telephone, wants contract and RFP proposal. I am writing to receive RFP information that was awarded for Academic or Course planning software for the University of Oregon.  This software would allow students to find and select their schedule for an up coming term.  I believe the RFP was awarded to a company called College Scheduler.
