Ricoh is formally requesting access to the following information that’s related to the contract awarded under the RFP PCS# 433300-00117-RFP 1. The winning response documentation submitted by the company that was awarded/intend to award the contract.2. The names and titles of the individuals who served on the evaluation committee.3. Any communication, including emails and memos, related to the decision-making process for the contract award.4. Committee member’s final input.5. Copier evaluation scores.6. Score sheet RFP for fleet copier.7. Summary of evaluation scores.
