Under the Oregon Public Records Law, §192.410 et seq.,   I am requesting to obtain information regarding University of Oregon's contract with Civitas Learning for its College Scheduler product and the associated RFP (if any) that was used to award this contract.  I am requesting copies of the following information from the Civitas Learning contract described above:1. All submitted proposals, including but not limited to:        A. All the Exhibits,        B. Appendices,        C. Attachments, and   D. Cover Letters          2.  Awarded contract, including all Exhibits and Attachments and any Amendments.     3. Scoring/evaluation sheets, including pricing. (If sole source, please provide the written justification to support the request for sole source procurement.)
