I would like to find out how much the University of Oregon has received in federal funding in the past 5 years. 

I read this on the Register-Guard. Basically, I would like to find out where the reporter got this information from and look at the data. 

"The UO relies on about $100 million a year in federal grants out of $700 million in total annual revenues." ("University of Oregon federal research funding in doubt").
