This is a public records request for pdf copies of all responses to your legal services contract notice, and its amendment.  The notice states:  Responses to this letter will be retained by the University for a required retention period and made a part of a file or record that will be open to public inspection. If a response contains any information that is considered a “trade secret” under ORS 192.501(2), you must mark each page containing such information with the following legend: “TRADE SECRET” and I am specifically not asking for those pages - they do not need to be redacted line by line, they can be omitted completely from your response.
