The Oregonian is requesting copies of the 969 responses provided to the UO regarding the denaming of Dunn and Deady Halls.

The Oregonian believes those documents are public records. In the event UO disagrees, it is the school’s responsibility to cite the specific exemption, by ORS, limiting disclosure. In the event that parts of the document may be exempt, it is UO’s responsibility to provide the document but redact certain sections, citing the ORS when applicable.
