Pursuant to the Oregon open records law, ORS 192.410 to 192.505, I write to request a copy of the results of lead-water testing conducted in Bean, Hamilton, Walton, Carson, and Barnhart halls this spring. In September the university announced that water fixtures in each of these halls had lead levels that tested above the federal limit. The actual results/lead levels weren’t specified, and that is the data I’m looking for.
