Stat § 192.410 et seq., I hereby request access to and copies of the following university records:• All emails sent to or from the university’s athletic director and subordinate staff (including assistant directors, administrative staff, head coaches and assistant coaches) in which the following underlined words are in the subject or body of the email message: “discipline”,“arrest”, “lawsuit”, “suspended”, “crime”, “prosecutor”, “accuser”, “police”, “cops” or “911”. This covers emails sent or received between Jan. 1, 2008, and the present.• All documents and memoranda sent to the National Collegiate Athletic Association ("NCAA") about arrests and disciplinary sanctions involving student athletes. This covers memos sent on or after Jan. 1, 2008.• A spreadsheet or list of athletes who have been arrested by campus police or other law enforcement agencies. This covers athletes arrested between Jan. 1, 2008, and the present.• All reports, memoranda and meeting minutes of campus judicial proceedings, which investigate and/or adjudicate students who are accused of violating local laws or the university’s code of conduct. This covers material created between Jan. 1, 2008, and the present.
