This is a public records request for the documents from the uo board of trustees approving the purchase of commercial real estate owned by the city of eugene for $1.  This is a request for any appraisal of the value of the property that the board considered, any correspondence between the uo and city of eugene regarding this ostensibly fraudulent real estate transaction by the former dean of the university of chicago law school.
