Progress payments for July, August, and September, 2010, to Hoffman Construction for construction on the Matthew Knight basketball Arena. You have previously fulfilled these requests to Dan Bonham of Fair Contracting and I would like those same materials you released to him.

Those packets included correspondence from JMI and NCP approving the payments, the Hoffman invoice and payment applications, the cost reports and schedule of values, the voucher detail by cost code, progress billing summaries by subcontractor, partial lien releases, construction CPRs, job billing register - detail, and subcontractor invoices and back-ups.
