I am requesting electronic copies of all current liability insurance, catastrophic insurance and related umbrella insurance policies for the University of Oregon and UO athletics as well as a copy of the NCAA’s catastrophic insurance policy that includes UO athletics and copy of any Pac-12 liability or catastrophic insurance policies that include UO athletics.Please include with a copy of the policies any related costs to UO and/or UO athletics for coverage and insurance company provider name.
