This is a public records request for the following information:

1. any publicly available document that identifies any parties included on a University employee's state-funded health insurance other than the University employee

2. any beneficiaries named by a University employee in any benefits package provided by the University of Oregon

3. any press release by the UO that refers to a University employee bringing a wife or other domestic partner to a public event

4.  a University employee's annual salary

5. the estimated monthly salary for a University employee if he retired today

6. monthly PERS payment to a former University employee
