I am requesting access to electronic records indicating what third party vendors the University of Oregon paid in fiscal years 2016 and 2017. For example, if a spreadsheet or list exists detailing the names of all companies, organizations or individuals the university has paid, I am requesting a digital copy of that document. I would prefer a digital copy of each list for each year, if these documents exist.
