As I'm working on a bit of a deadline, I'd greatly appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as reasonably possible.1) How many players from Oregon's football and/or basketball teams have obtained  "Loss of Value (LOV)" and/or "Permanent Total Disability (PTD)" insurance in the past five years? 2) How many of them were given financial assistance through the "Student Assistance Fund (SAF)" to pay for the premiums on that insurance during that time frame?3) How much money out of the SAF was used to pay for LOV premiums? For PTD premiums?4) Can you please provide the documentation Oregon gives its athletes to proactively inform them that funds from the SAF can be used to pay for PTD and LOV premiums.
