 University of Oregon The Office of Public Records     To whom it may concern: 

 In accordance with Oregon's open records law, I am seeking records of shots/injections of Ketorolac (otherwise known as Toradol) taken by the University of Oregon football team.  I would like all the records of these Ketorolac/ Toradol injections for the 2010 football season, the 2011 football season and 2012 football season.  I agree to incur all duplication fees.
