I'd like to request information on all gifts, grants, and contracts of foreign origin the University of Oregon has received.  I'd like the name of the foreign entity which made the gift/grant/contract, the country of origin of the gift/grant/contract, the project's title (if applicable), project description/purpose of the gift, the dollar amount of the gift/grant/contract, the receipt date, and the start and end date of the contract if applicable. I'd prefer to have this information in an Excel file, but please let me know if this information isn't stored in such a manner and must be sent electronically through alternative means.  Also, I'm aware of the Section 117 files by the Department of Education, so please do not send me there. These files usually do not include the purpose/description of the gift, and more importantly, universities are only required to report gifts and contracts which are above $250K in value to Section 117. I am looking for all values (greater than $0) of gifts, grants, and contracts of foreign origin.
